Thomas Bonney,
Founder and Managing Director

With more than 20 years of experience in financial, operations, technology and business development areas, Tom brings an informed, broad, and deep level of expertise to our client’s strategic and tactical issues across many industry groups (manufacturing, retail, professional services, technology, and pharmaceuticals). He is a recognized expert on middle market operations, integration of acquisitions, European/US business relationships, and business strategies.

Tom also serves as the Audit Committee Chairman at NovaDel Pharmaceuticals (AMEX:NVD). In addition, he serves as an adjunct professor at Temple University where he teaches business strategy and continues to foster entrepreneurship at local universities as a judge for business plan competitions at Temple University and Drexel University. He speaks frequently on various business topics and has had several articles published on practical applications of M&A, finance, and information technology.

Prior to CMF Associates, Tom led a profitable high technology consultancy practice, Polaris Consulting & Information Technologies, and worked at Deloitte & Touche in their accounting and audit practices in Philadelphia and London. Tom is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and was a University Scholar at Penn State University, graduating magna cum laude.

Seth Goldblum,
Managing Director

Seth has over 15 years of financial accounting experience, specializing in generating profitable growth and facilitating solid long-term business alliances. His extensive experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, modeling and strategic leadership provides CMF and its clients the opportunity to achieve their optimum result.

Prior to joining CMF, Seth held the CFO and COO positions for Vertical Screen, Inc, a highly profitable, privately held company in the background verification business and CFO/Vice President Corporate Development for DigiHut, Inc., an early stage technology company. He also held several senior management positions at Deloitte & Touche in New York with the M&A practice and in Philadelphia with the Emerging Growth Business Practice.

Seth holds a B.S. in business administration with accounting honors from Temple University where he graduated magna cum laude. Seth is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Yonca Agatan,
Director

A management consulting expert with more than 17 years of experience working with finance organizations, Yonca leverages her broad financial management background in a client-service-focused role at CMF. She heads up and manages key projects for private equity, middle-market, and international companies.

Before joining CMF, Yonca was a senior manager in the Financial Management practice at Deloitte Consulting. At Deloitte, she led projects in the areas of business process improvement and redesign; accounting policy and procedure development; information systems strategy, selection and implementation; and internal controls optimization for life sciences, health care, manufacturing, consumer products/services, and financial services companies. Previously, Yonca was a senior auditor at Deloitte & Touche.

She holds a B.S. in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. In addition, she is a Certified Public Accountant and is certified by the American Product and Inventory Control Society.

Mark Camerote,
Director

Mark has nearly 25 years of experience in the financial analysis, operations and technology disciplines, including process redesign and turnaround, implementing financial and operational systems and controls, and team building. As director at CMF, Mark provides client service-focused leadership and management on key financial and information technology consulting projects.

Prior to CMF, over a 20-year period Mark worked at Pep Boys, a national automotive parts and service super store chain, where he held various financial and technical leadership roles, including vice president of MIS/systems development and vice president of financial planning. In addition, Mark was previously an audit senior at Deloitte & Touche. He holds a B.S. in accounting from Penn State University.

Adrian Mantini,
Director

Adrian is a director in CMF's financial and operational consulting group with a specialization in due diligence and post-transaction integration.  With more than 10 years of expertise leading due diligence and finance and accounting consulting engagements, Adrian brings strong business acumen, excellent communication and project management talent, in-depth accounting knowledge, and extensive M&A experience across the deal continuum to his role at CMF.
 
Adrian was previously a director at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where his key client service responsibilities included leading due diligence engagements within tight exclusivity deadlines, developing purchase accounting models, performing transaction-related technical accounting work, and evaluating M&A processes. He also spent two years as a senior associate in PwC’s Milan, Italy office, where he performed detailed due diligence analyses on target companies for international clients. Adrian has served clients in the power and utilities, manufacturing, professional services, consumer products, and retail industries, and assisted in both private and public company transactions.

Adrian holds a B.S. in accountancy from Villanova University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Jordan Needles,
Principal

Jordan heads up CMF's West Coast hub office in Salt Lake City, providing operations oversight, project leadership, and management support to CMF’s West Coast financial consulting clients. In addition, he is responsible for regional business development for CMF's three primary business lines: financial consulting, financial executive search, and buy-side M&A search.

Jordan was previously an assistant controller at Associated Food Stores. He also spent six years at Deloitte & Touche, where he specialized in accounting, auditing, and internal control projects. He holds a B.S. and M.S. in accounting from Utah State University.

James Gunning,
Senior Consultant

As a senior consultant with CMF, Jim serves in a leadership role on consulting engagements including due diligence, purchase accounting, interim CFO, audit preparation and assist and other financial management projects.

Prior to joining CMF, Jim held executive level positions including vice chairman/CFO Norwood Promotional Products, Inc.; CFO of Blank Rome LLP; and senior VP and corporate controller of Continental Bancorp, Inc.

Jim also served 11 years with Deloitte & Touche providing audit and consulting services.  A Certified Public Accountant, Jim holds a B.S. in business administration with a concentration in accounting and economics from Villanova University.

Jerry Walsh,
Senior Consultant

As a senior consultant, Jerry brings 25 years of operationally focused “hands-on” leadership and experience to CMF consulting engagements, including interim CFO, turnaround management, operational improvement, ERP project management, and other financial management projects.

Prior to joining CMF, Jerry most recently served as VP/consultant for Phoenix Management Services and as CFO for Wood Flooring International. Over his career in industry and as a consultant, Jerry’s business experience and focus has been centered in growth-oriented mid-size companies across varied industry sectors including manufacturing, distribution, import/export and high tech.

A Certified Public Accountant, Jerry began his career with Deloitte, Haskins and Sells’ Emerging Growth Business department. He holds a B.S. in business administration from Drexel University.

Greg Kittridge, 
Associate

As an associate, Greg supports CMF project managers on key financial management consulting engagements, including assisting private equity-backed and small-cap public companies on audit-ease, due diligence and interim CFO/controller projects.

Greg recently completed the masters in accounting program from Villanova University. Greg also holds a B.S. in business management with a minor in economics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
