Eric Reiter,
Director - Head of Mergers & Acquisitions
Eric is responsible for directing CMF’s deal origination and M&A advisory activities. He has diverse experience as both an investment banker and principal investor. Since his career began in 1996, his experience has almost exclusively been focused on the middle and lower-middle market. Eric worked in the Corporate Finance division of Hambrecht & Quist and in the Commodity and Special Chemicals group of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, where he handled M&A assignments and assisted DLJ merchant banking in the evaluation of principal investment opportunities within the chemicals industry.
At Generation Partners, Eric made private equity and venture capital investments. Additionally, he was a founding partner of Lilburn Capital Management, a due diligence consulting firm, and was a managing director at Commonwealth Associates, a boutique investment bank.
Eric graduated from the University of Pennsylvania where he concurrently earned a B.A. in computer science from the School of Engineering and a B.S. in economics with a concentration in finance from The Wharton School. He later received an M.B.A in strategic management from The Wharton School.

Daniel Mahoney,
Senior Associate
As a member of CMF's deal origination team, Daniel surfaces and sources opportunities to a network of 250+ private equity and venture capital firms (representing over $50B in committed capital).
Prior to CMF, Daniel worked in the consumer lending industry for HSBC, where he planned and executed long-term credit and financing solutions for clients and customers of HSBC.
Daniel is a graduate of Temple University’s Fox School of Business and Management with a B.A. in finance and risk management.

Alex Weinstein,
Associate
As an associate on the deal origination team, Alex leverages strong finance and business development experience to generate proprietary deal flow for private equity funds.
Prior to joining CMF, Alex was an account executive at Market Resource Partners, where he developed marketing and prospecting initiatives in alignment with Fortune 500 technology company goals, and was a high performer in strategic lead development. He previously worked as a production coordinator/manager at Empire Mortgage Service, and as a loan officer for Nationwide Financial Group.
Alex is a graduate of Temple University’s Fox School of Business and Management with a B.A. in Finance.
