Kathryn Kehoe,
Managing Director

Kathryn leads all aspects of CMF organizational design and talent acquisition services, including organizational assessment and redesign, as well as the recruitment, assessment, and selection of middle-market senior financial executives nationally for CMF clients. She was previously CMF's senior director, executive search and recruitment.

Prior to joining CMF, Kathryn was senior vice president of U.S. operations and strategy and a corporate officer at medical and personal care product manufacturer Langer, Inc., (NASDAQ: GAIT). Previously she was president of Kehoe Associates, a consulting firm providing HR, organization development, and recruitment consulting services to the middle market in a variety of industry sectors. Her experience also includes senior human resources and operations positions at NovaCare Inc., Bristol Myers Squibb Company, and Johnson & Johnson. She holds a B.S. in management and finance from Arcadia University.

Brian Lucchesi,
Manager, Talent Sourcing

Brian leads the CMF talent sourcing function and ensures that CMF always has access to the most appropriate talent in the marketplace for CMF consulting expertise or its full-time executive search services.  He brings more than 15 years of experience in the sourcing and recruiting of senior management and technical professionals to his role, and specializes in full cycle recruiting and targeted sourcing.

Brian was previously president of Recruitment and Research Solutions, a consulting firm providing sourcing and recruiting services to clients in the professional services, information technology, banking, communications, and healthcare industries. In addition, Brian previously served as a senior contract sourcing recruitment partner for Futurestep/Korn Ferry, Banister International/TRS, and SAP.  He has also held senior recruiting roles at Kenexa, TWC, and TEXCEL.  Brian holds a B.S. in marketing from DeSales University.

Justin Dixon,
Senior Consultant - Sales, Staffing & Recruiting

As a key member of CMF’s executive search and full-service finance and IT staffing team, Justin works with clients and prospects to fully understand technical, behavioral and “fit” needs of an organization and deliver a differentiated pool of qualified candidates to our clients, quickly. 

Justin has significant experience successfully helping clients understand their talent needs, and translating those needs into a role that has a positive impact on the organization.  Prior to joining CMF, Justin was district manager-Resource Division at ADP, where he consulted with small businesses on outsourcing solutions to staffing and other human resources issues. Previously, Justin was account manager at staffing firm Allegis Group, where he held responsibility for developing new business, managing existing client relationships, and providing professional development opportunities for his recruiting team.

Justin holds a B.S. in business administration, with concentrations in business management and human resources, from Bloomsburg University.
